Lola brings over eight years of experience in the advertising industry, specialising in innovative, results-driven marketing campaigns.
She began her career in London at a renowned publishing house, where she honed her skills in media and marketing. Since then, Lola has collaborated with a diverse range of brands, developing impactful strategies across multiple platforms.
Lola’s approach focuses on identifying growth opportunities and solving challenges through strategic marketing, consistently delivering measurable results for high-profile clients.
Outside of work, Lola enjoys an outdoor lifestyle, with a particular love for the ocean.

Harry brings a unique skill set to Motion Balearics, blending a solid background in property law with a focus on innovative marketing strategies. With a law degree from Liverpool University and five years of specialised experience, Harry seamlessly integrates his legal knowledge with cutting-edge marketing techniques.
His expertise in the property sector provides a strong foundation for addressing client needs, ensuring that our solutions are both creative and compliant. Harry’s strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail are crucial in shaping our services, delivering high-quality, effective results.

ABOUT TORIN
Torin joined Harry Ravenhill as Founder of Motion Business Group in the U.K. in 2020 and has since successfully expanded the company into the Mediterranean region. Prior to launching Motion, he worked for a proptech start-up in Cardiff for three years after graduating from university, where he studied Real Estate.
Now co-managing the company, Torin has played a key role in diversifying Motion’s offerings, branching into new industries, and adapting services to align with emerging technologies and market trends.
Outside of business, Torin is an avid sports enthusiast. When he’s not enjoying various country pursuits, you’ll likely find him following Formula 1, rugby, cricket, and more.
ABOUT HARRY
Harry founded Motion Balearic’s parent company, Motion Real Estate Media in the spring of 2019 and has since overseen year-on-year growth of the company.
Studying Real Estate at University, Harry always had an interest in setting up his own business. Having worked for a variety of industries, from property development to corporate hospitality both in the UK and overseas, Harry found a calling in property media production, and Motion was born.
When he’s not on filming projects or meeting with clients, you will likely find him on the golf course on an ongoing battle to break par.
